7 Building a Roombox (with a Dremel Trio)

Bought some full size molding at Home Depot to slice into brackets.  These 2 were sold by the foot so I only bought 1 foot ea.  The slices are about 1/4" wide.
I think I like them :)

Here is the dry fit of the store front.  Its entirely made up of Tiny Trim.  The 2 outer fluted columns will be routed to curve around the sides.

The top & bottom look a bit bowed - I guess I was too close with camera :)

  1. Nice work! There's a lot to be said about the Dremel trio! I have a Dremel but it's not the trio. I bought it to drill channels for electric wiring.

    1. Thanks! I have a cut-out tool that uses a similar cutting bit as the Trio. But I liked the Trio because of the handle (kinda' like a jigsaw) I thought - well more control :)
Although, the cut-out tool is heftier & can use 1/8" or 1/4" router bits (many more choices than the odd 3/16" sized Trio bits.)
The next tool I'm eyeing is a small router (much lighter than a full size router) but still has all the whistles & bells like - a depth adjustment that is very accurate & it can be mounted into a router table.
