Convert a dollhouse with a 30° pitch to a Gambrel.

| Instant dormers! The overhang or rake on the gable end is mitered at 30° at the peak and the next joint down at 15°. The front overhang or eaves, is beveled at 30° where it joins the wall. |

| A typical Gambrel has the dormer further in from the gable wall & just a molding or fascia on the gable without any overhang to speak of. |
